Narrative:

Taxied out deland (ded), fl, listened to unicom, made all callouts. Unicom very hard to understand, lots of bleed over from other frequency. Heard cessna call turning final runway 05. Advised we would take off runway 33, wind calm. Waited for cessna to clear. After 2 min called cessna asked if he had landed. Started roll traveled approximately 100 ft. Saw cessna on touch and go. Aborted takeoff.
