Narrative:

We took off from weatherford airport at XX20 am and a friend was VFR private pilot and was also PIC at the time of takeoff. As we are reaching towards okc we saw some fog building up. My friend requested me, since I am instrument pilot, that I should get clearance and be PIC from now on. I called okc control 40 NM west of okc in VFR condition, okc approach gave me the clearance and I was cleared for ILS approach at okc. I did through ILS approachs at okc and I have to go miss approach controller cleared me to proceed to tinker AFB since there is PAR available. I was vectored by okc approach control to tinker AFB and I did PAR and landed safely.
