Narrative:

In cruise at 37000 ft we saw rising oil temperature and falling oil pressure. We elected to divert to slc. We declared an emergency and requested vectors direct as the pressure continued to fall. We shut down #1 engine. Approach and landing was normal with no problems.

Title: FLC OF A CPR JET DECLARED AN EMER DUE TO SHUTTING DOWN AN ENG FOR PRECAUTIONARY PURPOSES BECAUSE OF A LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE AND DIVERT LAND.

Narrative: IN CRUISE AT 37000 FT WE SAW RISING OIL TEMP AND FALLING OIL PRESSURE. WE ELECTED TO DIVERT TO SLC. WE DECLARED AN EMER AND REQUESTED VECTORS DIRECT AS THE PRESSURE CONTINUED TO FALL. WE SHUT DOWN #1 ENG. APCH AND LNDG WAS NORMAL WITH NO PROBS.
