Narrative:
Center called and asked if we were direct bam stating that our aircraft was 4 mi south of J-154 and that we were encroaching on a MOA extending up to FL280, but not listed on the high altitude chart. No conflict occurred. According to our instruments, we were 3.5 mi south of J-154 and proceeding direct to bam VOR. Supplemental information from acn 285746: MOA's not published on high altitude chart. If MOA exists to FL280, it should be published, and more than 4 mi off of airway.
