Narrative:

The AWOS on the field was calling the WX no clouds below 12000 -- visibility 10 mi, temperature 64, dewpoint 62, so there was a considerable amount of moisture on the PA32. I wiped down the outside of the windshield with my bare hands before loading. While taxiing out to active runway (very slowly) because of reduced visibility (fogged windshield) I mistook a ramp taxi light (blue) for a taxiway (I had taxiway lights on my left side and on my right). I taxied into a parked (unlit) aircraft. The incident could have been avoided had I properly cleaned the windshield.
