Narrative:

During descent, hydraulic system 1 low quantity message appeared on MFDU. System 1 hydraulic quantity was 30. Checklists performed according to operations manual. Gear and flaps were lowered by alternate means. Main gear doors retracted as advertised. Landing was uneventful. We taxied clear of runway with differential braking and shut down. Aircraft was towed to the gate by station personnel. No emergency was declared. Dispatch was notified prior to landing by mdt station. Holding was requested to allow time to accomplish checklists. Flight attendants were briefed on the situation prior to lowering gear and flaps. All passenger seemed ok during deplaning.

Narrative: DURING DSCNT, HYD SYS 1 LOW QUANTITY MESSAGE APPEARED ON MFDU. SYS 1 HYD QUANTITY WAS 30. CHKLISTS PERFORMED ACCORDING TO OPS MANUAL. GEAR AND FLAPS WERE LOWERED BY ALTERNATE MEANS. MAIN GEAR DOORS RETRACTED AS ADVERTISED. LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL. WE TAXIED CLR OF RWY WITH DIFFERENTIAL BRAKING AND SHUT DOWN. ACFT WAS TOWED TO THE GATE BY STATION PERSONNEL. NO EMER WAS DECLARED. DISPATCH WAS NOTIFIED PRIOR TO LNDG BY MDT STATION. HOLDING WAS REQUESTED TO ALLOW TIME TO ACCOMPLISH CHKLISTS. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE BRIEFED ON THE SIT PRIOR TO LOWERING GEAR AND FLAPS. ALL PAX SEEMED OK DURING DEPLANING.
