Narrative:

During the descent phase of flight into the meridian, ms, area, I heard on numerous occasions other aircraft on frequency 119.2 talking to cha, tn, approach. This frequency is assigned to both meridian approach and cha approach. Although cha is over 200 NM away from meridian, I can still hear the other aircraft. I have never heard the approach controllers in cha. However, hearing the other aircraft could distract the meridian aircraft or cause them to miss a radio call from approach. I recommend one facility stop using frequency 119.2.
