Narrative:

I acted as a safety pilot for an aerial photographer who was taking low-level pictures of farmsteads. During this time, I feel the aerial photographer involved possibly violated far 91.119 (C) on occasion while maneuvering the aircraft for a picture. After repeated attempts to inform the photographer that farmers do not appreciate their cattle, etc, being flown over so low, and no changes took place in how he flew -- I am no longer acting as safety pilot for him.
