Narrative:

On the VOR runway 13L/right approach to jfk I received a low altitude warning from approach. I was at the correct minimum descent altitude and not yet beyond the missed approach point. I was at 787 ft AGL and at 1.5 DME from cri. All company and FAA procedures were strictly adhered to and the approach was by the numbers. This low altitude warning was issued for no apparent reason. Our altimeters were correctly and we were at the correct altitude for our position on the approach. Crossed cri descended at 1000 FPM to the minimum descent altitude of 787 AGL.
