Narrative:

Our sequence of flying that night was mia-srq. The aircraft was dispatched with MEL 3406. Standard by altitude out of limits. The aircraft was thus limited to 'day VFR flying only' this statement was not included on any of the releases. This limitation was not brought to our attention until the final flight a on oct/xx/94. Dispatch called us to tell us not to take off until official sunrise. We had already flown 2 legs B and C on oct/xx/94. At nighttime. Copies of all flight releases except zx are attached.
