Narrative:

Aircraft had a placard for cdl -- conditioned air connect door. A 100 pound takeoff weight penalty was complied with. At departure time, placard was requested and approved for air conditioner's system one pack inoperative. After a crew change, the outbound captain discovered that both items cannot be on placard at the same time. I feel that there should be a cross reference between the pack and the door. I have brought this to the attention of the tech department.
