Narrative:

Received TCASII TA of traffic at 3 O'clock and 5 mi. Approximately 2 seconds later TA became an RA directing a climb. A climb was initiated and after approximately 5 seconds TCASII indicated clear of traffic. The climb was terminated and a descent back to FL290 was commenced. Top of climb was FL300. Notified ATC of the deviation.

Narrative: RECEIVED TCASII TA OF TFC AT 3 O'CLOCK AND 5 MI. APPROX 2 SECONDS LATER TA BECAME AN RA DIRECTING A CLB. A CLB WAS INITIATED AND AFTER APPROX 5 SECONDS TCASII INDICATED CLR OF TFC. THE CLB WAS TERMINATED AND A DSCNT BACK TO FL290 WAS COMMENCED. TOP OF CLB WAS FL300. NOTIFIED ATC OF THE DEV.
