Narrative:

I was informed by my #1 flight attendant that a young male passenger was experiencing an uncontrollable nose bleed and that the flight attendants were trying to control the bleeding with elevation and cold compresses. I told her to keep me advised. My copilot and I began looking for the nearest suitable airport in the event that we needed to land as soon as possible. I advised ZDV of our situation in case we needed special handling. At that time the #1 flight attendant informed me that the passenger situation had worsened. He was bleeding from his nose, eyes and was coughing up blood. I declared an emergency to ZDV and began heading to grand junction (jnc). Through communications with company dispatch we concluded that jnc was not suitable for our medical emergency, thus we continued to denver stapleton airport, landed without incident and proceeded to gate. The aircraft was met by paramedics and the male passenger deplaned under his own power and was taken to the hospital.
