Narrative:

I had been working another sector for 1 hour. When I was relieved, I was told to go to another sector to receive on-the-job training (OJT). After approximately 7 mins at the sector, this situation developed between a be-55 and B757 Y. The be-55 was instructed to descend to 5000 ft from 7000 ft northbound. On V29 14 mi south of the dqo VOR, the B757 was at 6000 ft 15 mi southeast of dqo VOR being vectored to the ILS 9R final approach course. The B757 was issued a vector of 040 degrees 7 mi southeast of dqo VOR, the be-55 was at 6000 ft.
