Narrative: 2 ACFT ON VICTOR AIRWAYS THAT CROSS, SMT Y AT 7000 FT, CPR X DSNDING FROM 8000 FT TO 6000 FT. MINIMUM SEPARATION WAS LOST AND AN OPERROR WAS FILED BY SUPVR.
