Narrative:

While flying inside an FAA approved aerobatic area, a pennsylvania state police officer stopped an aerobatic judge who was on the ground watching me fly. The state police officer said that it was illegal for me to fly over the highway and illegal to fly aerobatics. The judge informed him that I was inside an approved FAA (new garden aerobatic area) 1000-3000 ft. The state police officer then said I was below 1000 ft and wanted to see a copy of the waiver. The judge said I was not and would give him a copy. A copy was delivered to the state police officer several days later. At no time was I below 1000 ft AGL nor was the state police officer aware that I was legal to fly aerobatics there.
