Narrative:

Las has chosen to install an antenna farm in an area bounded by 3 txwys. On countless times, we have experienced frequency bleed over from these antennas by frequencys that were not selected, at the time, on the radio panels. This has caused numerous instances where aircraft answered radio calls addressed to other aircraft, and has, in some instances, blocked critical xmissions from the ground controller. Virtually all outbound traffic for the runway 25 complex passes this antenna farm so the prospect of unheard, misheard, and mistaken communication is always present. I believe that the antenna farm should be relocated to a position on the airport well clear of potential conflict with taxiing aircraft.

Title: XMITTER LOCATION ON ARPT BLOCKS ATC INSTRUCTIONS.

Narrative: LAS HAS CHOSEN TO INSTALL AN ANTENNA FARM IN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 3 TXWYS. ON COUNTLESS TIMES, WE HAVE EXPERIENCED FREQ BLEED OVER FROM THESE ANTENNAS BY FREQS THAT WERE NOT SELECTED, AT THE TIME, ON THE RADIO PANELS. THIS HAS CAUSED NUMEROUS INSTANCES WHERE ACFT ANSWERED RADIO CALLS ADDRESSED TO OTHER ACFT, AND HAS, IN SOME INSTANCES, BLOCKED CRITICAL XMISSIONS FROM THE GND CTLR. VIRTUALLY ALL OUTBOUND TFC FOR THE RWY 25 COMPLEX PASSES THIS ANTENNA FARM SO THE PROSPECT OF UNHEARD, MISHEARD, AND MISTAKEN COM IS ALWAYS PRESENT. I BELIEVE THAT THE ANTENNA FARM SHOULD BE RELOCATED TO A POS ON THE ARPT WELL CLR OF POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH TAXIING ACFT.
