Narrative:

Boeing 757's and airbus 320's are being parked on the GA ramp northeast of runway 3C on the extended centerline of that runway. This places an approximately 55 ft obstacle slightly more than 2000 ft from the end of the runway on the extended runway centerline. Does this violate airspace restrictions. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter was given the advisory criteria required by far 150.11 (a) and informed that the parked aircraft did not seem to penetrate any runway restr, including the 2ND stage climb segment criteria. He was further advised that copies of the advisory circular and far were being forwarded to him. He was thanked for bringing this matter to our attention.
