Narrative:
Training flight -- solo cross country. Not sure if 1 of my check points was actually what it was supposed to be. Determined that I had flown off course. Contacted my approach. Instead of saying I had 2 hours of fuel on board, I said I had half tanks. I was directed to an airport to fuel up if necessary. I landed, took stock of my situation and flew back to my home airport.
