Narrative:

Air carrier X at FL330 was turned to a heading of 360 degree for spacing with another aircraft. This heading put X in conflict with cpr Y whose mode `C' indicated he was leaving FL330 for FL410. Being that Y was a LR25 and still several mins away, it should not have been a problem. However, Y was stopped at FL330 and NORDO, which was not coordinated with me. Had I known either one of these things, I would not have turned X north.
