Narrative:
We were level at 10,000 ft cleared direct neon intersection in IMC conditions. Got a TCASII `TA.' traffic was 11 O'clock, 2 mi, 2400 climbing and climbing fast. TCASII then issued a RA on the same traffic. We started following the `RA' and advised ATC of our actions. On a heading of 20 degree right of course and 10,150 ft, TCASII issued a `clear of conflict.' we returned to original course and altitude.
