Narrative:
Military X, a H/C141/right, departed tcm runway 16 climbing to 4000 ft. At approximately 2000 ft and 2 mi south of tcm, pilot reported a lightning strike and requested vectors to return to tcm. Military X executed the ILS to runway 16 and landed without further incident.
