Narrative:

My route was vrb-lna-fmy-vrb. When I approached west palm beach, my position was between jupiter inlet and tailwinds private 2500 ft. I tired to call palm beach approach but he said stand by. I made 3 times 360 degree left turn. After that I called approach again and then he gave me a squawk. 2 mins after, I saw the west palm beach international airport, but he still talked with 727. During he talked with 727, he asked me my position. I said 'over airport 2500.' he said, 727 is right side. I said traffic in sight, but he said I didn't get a clearance to class C (not establish radio). I think my mistake is without establish radio communication entering class C. I learned, I must attempt to establish radio-communication 20 NM before class C. I learned must pick a point on the map where I establish radio communication or I can't go any further. I try to prevent from making mistakes.
