Narrative:

X departed pdk and was assigned 3000 ft. Y was approximately 7 mi east of pdk level at 4000 ft. I observed an untagged target at 4000 ft and tried to establish radio contact with X and corrected his mistake and he reported the traffic in sight. X then descended to 3000 ft.

Narrative: X DEPARTED PDK AND WAS ASSIGNED 3000 FT. Y WAS APPROX 7 MI E OF PDK LEVEL AT 4000 FT. I OBSERVED AN UNTAGGED TARGET AT 4000 FT AND TRIED TO ESTABLISH RADIO CONTACT WITH X AND CORRECTED HIS MISTAKE AND HE RPTED THE TFC IN SIGHT. X THEN DSNDED TO 3000 FT.
