Narrative:

At the approach end of runway 33 on taxiway B on west side of runway the hold short line is painted with only 1 solid line and 1 dashed line instead of the usual 2 of each. We asked the ground controller why the unusual depiction and they didn't know but had several inquiries such as ours. I looked in my manual and I could only find reference to the usual hold short line. I have 2 questions or concerns: first, the line is quite far from the runway and could easily be bypassed, therefore it seems to be a confusing and possibly hazardous situation. Second, where can I find reference to the particular meaning or reasoning behind the unusual depiction.
