Narrative:

Landing runway 27R den on visual approach, captain flying calls flaps 25 degrees at about 1100 ft AGL. We then get an RA on TCASII. The distraction was sufficient enough for us to not realize the landing checklist is not complete by 700 ft AGL (normally completed by 1000 ft AGL). We catch our incompletion and proceed to go to gear down, flaps 30 degrees, landing check by 500 ft AGL. Here, an alert 3-MAN crew was distracted due to a TCASII alert in the approach to landing phase of flight. The TCASII should be disabled within the takeoff and landing phases of flight.
