Narrative:
Separation between an arrival military X and a departure aircraft Y was questioned and determined to be inadequate. A primary factor was the presence of an evaluation team during unusual traffic situation. A go around of the arrival military X would have been unsafe with traffic departing from parallel runway.

Title: MIL X LNDG ON OCCUPIED RWY HAD LTSS WITH Y DEPARTING. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: SEPARATION BETWEEN AN ARR MIL X AND A DEP ACFT Y WAS QUESTIONED AND DETERMINED TO BE INADEQUATE. A PRIMARY FACTOR WAS THE PRESENCE OF AN EVALUATION TEAM DURING UNUSUAL TFC SIT. A GAR OF THE ARR MIL X WOULD HAVE BEEN UNSAFE WITH TFC DEPARTING FROM PARALLEL RWY.
