Narrative:

This is an altitude excursion incident. We were climbing out on the mco 2 departure, sav transition and were assigned 33000 ft. I, as captain, was controling the aircraft and at about 31000 ft needed to leave the flight deck. I turned the control over to the first officer. When I returned and sat down, I noticed that we were at 34500 ft and still climbing. I immediately started a descent and acknowledged the error to the center. I do believe this was a fatigue related incident, but still with all its ramifications, concerns me we went over.
