Narrative:

Difficult taxi instructions: told to taxi on east to 19R then take parallel taxiway down to end of 10R for takeoff. I thought controller told me to back-taxi on runway, but actually I was supposed to take the parallel taxiway. I questioned ATC after I entered the runway. He told me he did not clear me onto the runway. I turned around, apologized and took the parallel taxiway.

Narrative: DIFFICULT TAXI INSTRUCTIONS: TOLD TO TAXI ON E TO 19R THEN TAKE PARALLEL TXWY DOWN TO END OF 10R FOR TKOF. I THOUGHT CTLR TOLD ME TO BACK-TAXI ON RWY, BUT ACTUALLY I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE PARALLEL TXWY. I QUESTIONED ATC AFTER I ENTERED THE RWY. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CLR ME ONTO THE RWY. I TURNED AROUND, APOLOGIZED AND TOOK THE PARALLEL TXWY.
