Narrative:

A VFR aircraft was reported at 9500 ft 12 O'clock. TCASII showed aircraft climbing. ATC reported the commuter aircraft and we saw it. Our TCASII showed it climbing and issued a TA, then RA. We climbed from 10000 to 10500 and reported our actions to ATC.

Narrative: A VFR ACFT WAS RPTED AT 9500 FT 12 O'CLOCK. TCASII SHOWED ACFT CLBING. ATC RPTED THE COMMUTER ACFT AND WE SAW IT. OUR TCASII SHOWED IT CLBING AND ISSUED A TA, THEN RA. WE CLBED FROM 10000 TO 10500 AND RPTED OUR ACTIONS TO ATC.
