Narrative:

I was returning from a cross country to land at U42 (an uncontrolled field) at XA00 am. Both radios were malfunctioning, so I was unable to turn on the runway lights. As I landed in the dark (with only the aircraft's lights) I misjudged my altitude and stalled 10-15 ft above the ground. I was unable to recover from the stall at such a low altitude and therefore fell to the runway and landed hard.
