Narrative:

Taxied onto runway 29 (active) without clearance. Was in process of requesting a taxi on behalf of passenger. Did not realize I was at an active runway. Protruded onto runway about 25 ft. Did a 180 back onto taxiway, and another 180 back into holding position before an small transport reached intersection. Small transport had landed and braked hard to come to taxi speed. I waited about 10 seconds before he passed by me.

Title: TAXIED ONTO RWY IN FRONT OF LNDG ACFT.

Narrative: TAXIED ONTO RWY 29 (ACTIVE) WITHOUT CLRNC. WAS IN PROCESS OF REQUESTING A TAXI ON BEHALF OF PAX. DID NOT REALIZE I WAS AT AN ACTIVE RWY. PROTRUDED ONTO RWY ABOUT 25 FT. DID A 180 BACK ONTO TXWY, AND ANOTHER 180 BACK INTO HOLDING POS BEFORE AN SMT REACHED INTXN. SMT HAD LANDED AND BRAKED HARD TO COME TO TAXI SPD. I WAITED ABOUT 10 SECONDS BEFORE HE PASSED BY ME.
