Narrative:

On pre-departure clearance received from company, both original clearance and new clearance are printed out. I believe only the actual clearance should be printed. On flight plan, shoreline 9 departure is given. Pre departure clearance also gives same departure. Too much chance of error. Discovered when asked by departure about SID given. Recommend that company clearance delete previous SID and that clearance delivery verify SID.

Narrative: ON PRE-DEP CLRNC RECEIVED FROM COMPANY, BOTH ORIGINAL CLRNC AND NEW CLRNC ARE PRINTED OUT. I BELIEVE ONLY THE ACTUAL CLRNC SHOULD BE PRINTED. ON FLT PLAN, SHORELINE 9 DEP IS GIVEN.
