Narrative:

At 14000 ft cruise, TCASII gave RA and commanded 'climb.' TCASII showed traffic 12 O'clock, 14000 ft, 5-7 mi. I followed climb command and climbed to approximately 14700 ft until RA ceased, which was approximately 3-4 seconds. Controller was notified of our deviation. Controller showed no traffic in our area.
