Narrative:

Departed jvy (11 NM north of arsa center) in notamed air show airspace of 3 NM radius to 10000 ft MSL. NOTAM includes a portion of louisville arsa, but air show waiver, while specifying this as air show space, does not specifically waive far 21.130. Climb took me into horizontal dimensions of arsa and up through outer ring's 2200 ft MSL floor near edge of the 3 NM notamed air show airspace. I may or may not have penetrated arsa, either in or out of the notamed volume, but in either case, was technically in far violation because of the omission of 91.130, even if the penetration was in the notamed volume, if any penetration of the 2200 ft altitude within the 10 NM ring occupied. The 2 causes were: I didn't pay enough attention to navigation during departure from a hectic air show flyby -- complacency. I was misled by what the air show waiver did and didn't say. To this point, I suggest that the air show waiver boilerplate be amended to include a listing of all FARS likely to be waived, with a yes/no/remarks place for each so that 1 sheet of the waiver lists all that one must or must not do. The usual waiver is too verbose for study in an air show environment -- there ought to be 1 page for pilots, not lawyers. Happy to expand/assist if there is interest.
