After starting takeoff roll at about 60 KTS, the flap warning was announced. Aircraft was stopped by the captain and the runway cleared. On the taxiway the flap computer was reset to 11 degrees and the flaps cycled. The system was rechked and another takeoff was made in sequence. It appeared as if the flap computer was near the edge of the 11 degree position and a bump on the runway caused the warning to be announced.
