Narrative:

Takeoff normal at springfield in aircraft. When setting climb power, the right propeller indicator came back to approximately 1100 RPM. (Normal being 1270 RPM.) the right propeller appeared to be unresponsive to any change. All other engine indications were normal. We made a normal landing at springfield with no problem. On the ground we ran all checks and tests again and found everything to be normal. Departed springfield for a normal flight to dallas. Appears to have been one of those electronic glitches that fixes itself.
