Narrative:

At approximately 2500 ft, a flight attendant reported a louder than normal noise coming from area over right wing emergency exit. We confirmed that the cabin was climbing with the aircraft and initiated a slow descent and normal landing back at grand cayman. Ground personnel confirmed the over wing exit hatch was not seated properly. It was reseated and the flight was continued with another takeoff without further difficulty. The hatch was not noticeably loose by visual inspection prior to the first takeoff.
