Narrative:

The rear cargo bin was left open and on takeoff the bags from the #5 bin fell out on the runway. This problem was caused by the ramp personnel not checking the cargo bins and the cargo bin door light system indicated doors were closed when in fact they were open. Supplemental information from acn 247410: departure normal except aircraft would not pressurize. Thought it might be associated with B phase circuit breaker for left hand blower motor for left pack which we found popped on cockpit preflight. Continued to destination (dtw) since flight was very short. Dtw approach advised azo tower reported luggage found on runway at azo. All door lights were out. Tower noted rear baggage door open. Maintenance found faulty switch.
