Narrative:

This trip, crp to dfw, is the fourth time on 4 sequences for the month inn which we have been filed for crp-J25- sat-J131, edgans, aqn, AQN2, dfw. Each time, shortly after takeoff, we have received clrncs to rerte direct LOA- scy-SCY4-dfw. We have accepted all these clrncs but twice previously shutdown with 5500 pounds or less. This particular flight on jul/sat/93, the first rerte was given 40 NM south of sat at FL350, which was about 40 NM north of previous rerte clrncs this month. We had the omega set up on the ground for the rerte in the supplemental page. We told ZHU we did not have the fuel to comply with the rerte, and we were immediately reclred over aqn. Once in ZFW airspace at 50 NM south of aqn at FL250, another rerte was given direct act-fzt-scy-SCY4-dfw, which we again accepted and declared minimum fuel. 30 seconds later we were again cleared over aqn. Our quick calculations in the cockpit showed us arriving over scy on the first rerte with 5900 pounds and the second rerte over scy with 5200 pounds. Both rertes approached dipping into required fuel reserves at dfw. Actual routing over aqn, shutdown fuel 6000 pounds, in time XA15 local (14 mins ahead of schedule), in day VFR conditions. A pilot deviation was threatened by ATC and was withdrawn after a review of the tapes by the manager on duty. We need to either file crp-LOA-scy-SCY4-dfw or make it mandatory to have 2000 pounds of extra fuel on this leg, anticipating the rerte. 4/4 trips for the month all with the same rerte request is definitely a trend.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG ACR ACFT COMPLAINT REGARDING CONSISTENT RERTES OVER THE SAME FILED SCHEDULED RTE CAUSING LOW MINIMUM FUEL AT DEST.

Narrative: THIS TRIP, CRP TO DFW, IS THE FOURTH TIME ON 4 SEQUENCES FOR THE MONTH INN WHICH WE HAVE BEEN FILED FOR CRP-J25- SAT-J131, EDGANS, AQN, AQN2, DFW. EACH TIME, SHORTLY AFTER TKOF, WE HAVE RECEIVED CLRNCS TO RERTE DIRECT LOA- SCY-SCY4-DFW. WE HAVE ACCEPTED ALL THESE CLRNCS BUT TWICE PREVIOUSLY SHUTDOWN WITH 5500 LBS OR LESS. THIS PARTICULAR FLT ON JUL/SAT/93, THE FIRST RERTE WAS GIVEN 40 NM S OF SAT AT FL350, WHICH WAS ABOUT 40 NM N OF PREVIOUS RERTE CLRNCS THIS MONTH. WE HAD THE OMEGA SET UP ON THE GND FOR THE RERTE IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL PAGE. WE TOLD ZHU WE DID NOT HAVE THE FUEL TO COMPLY WITH THE RERTE, AND WE WERE IMMEDIATELY RECLRED OVER AQN. ONCE IN ZFW AIRSPACE AT 50 NM S OF AQN AT FL250, ANOTHER RERTE WAS GIVEN DIRECT ACT-FZT-SCY-SCY4-DFW, WHICH WE AGAIN ACCEPTED AND DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL. 30 SECONDS LATER WE WERE AGAIN CLRED OVER AQN. OUR QUICK CALCULATIONS IN THE COCKPIT SHOWED US ARRIVING OVER SCY ON THE FIRST RERTE WITH 5900 LBS AND THE SECOND RERTE OVER SCY WITH 5200 LBS. BOTH RERTES APCHED DIPPING INTO REQUIRED FUEL RESERVES AT DFW. ACTUAL RTING OVER AQN, SHUTDOWN FUEL 6000 LBS, IN TIME XA15 LCL (14 MINS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE), IN DAY VFR CONDITIONS. A PLTDEV WAS THREATENED BY ATC AND WAS WITHDRAWN AFTER A REVIEW OF THE TAPES BY THE MGR ON DUTY. WE NEED TO EITHER FILE CRP-LOA-SCY-SCY4-DFW OR MAKE IT MANDATORY TO HAVE 2000 LBS OF EXTRA FUEL ON THIS LEG, ANTICIPATING THE RERTE. 4/4 TRIPS FOR THE MONTH ALL WITH THE SAME RERTE REQUEST IS DEFINITELY A TREND.
