Narrative:

Air carrier X inbound to sdf descended to 11000 by ZID via LOA. Traffic Y was observed sebound at 10300, 5 mi in front of air carrier X. Air carrier X checked in, and advised of TCASII alert, and that he was climbing. I alerted indy ZID of the alert. After air carrier X passed the traffic, air carrier X returned to assigned altitude. Observed mode C at highest altitude was 12300. Separation was not lost at any time. Traffic Y continued to climb VFR sebound.

Narrative: ACR X INBOUND TO SDF DSNDED TO 11000 BY ZID VIA LOA. TFC Y WAS OBSERVED SEBOUND AT 10300, 5 MI IN FRONT OF ACR X. ACR X CHKED IN, AND ADVISED OF TCASII ALERT, AND THAT HE WAS CLBING. I ALERTED INDY ZID OF THE ALERT. AFTER ACR X PASSED THE TFC, ACR X RETURNED TO ASSIGNED ALT. OBSERVED MODE C AT HIGHEST ALT WAS 12300. SEPARATION WAS NOT LOST AT ANY TIME. TFC Y CONTINUED TO CLB VFR SEBOUND.
