Air carrier X and cpr Y were on parallel headings while cpr Y was climbing through air carrier X altitude. Air carrier X took a clearance which was issued to company (twice), causing separation to be lost with air carrier X and cpr Y.

Title: ACR X TOOK COMPANY CLRNC HAD LTSS FROM CPR Y CLB THROUGH OCCUPIED ALT. PLTDEV.
Narrative: ACR X AND CPR Y WERE ON PARALLEL HDGS WHILE CPR Y WAS CLBING THROUGH ACR X ALT. ACR X TOOK A CLRNC WHICH WAS ISSUED TO COMPANY (TWICE), CAUSING SEPARATION TO BE LOST WITH ACR X AND CPR Y.
