Narrative:
Air carrier X was cleared to taxi to gate mia international. Controller told us to taxi around an air carrier Y. We did, and were later notified that an air carrier Z ramp agent said we were taxiing in a dangerous manner. He did not know of our clearance to do this, filed a report to FAA. I wish people would stop using the FAA to fight a battle for them. FAA seems to act like 'narcs' in enforcement actions. Supplemental information from acn 246362: no air carrier Z aircraft had their beacons on or were commencing a pushback. I foresaw no conflict and my aircraft was well clear of any obstacles or aircraft and taxied at a slow speed.
