Narrative:

Contacted love approach (124.3) soon after departing gvt en route to dal at 4500 ft MSL. Controller assigned transponder code without advising we were not cleared to enter the TCA. Called approach again approximately over rockwell with no response. Approach requested identify, then advised in TCA without clearance. Approach was given our position and altitude on initial contact. After advising of our entry into the TCA, the controller started advising other VFR traffic on initial contact not to enter TCA until further clearance. Would be helpful for approach to advise to remain clear until cleared.

Title: SMT IN CONTACT WITH TRACON BUT ENTERS TCA WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: CONTACTED LOVE APCH (124.3) SOON AFTER DEPARTING GVT ENRTE TO DAL AT 4500 FT MSL. CTLR ASSIGNED XPONDER CODE WITHOUT ADVISING WE WERE NOT CLRED TO ENTER THE TCA. CALLED APCH AGAIN APPROX OVER ROCKWELL WITH NO RESPONSE. APCH REQUESTED IDENT, THEN ADVISED IN TCA WITHOUT CLRNC. APCH WAS GIVEN OUR POS AND ALT ON INITIAL CONTACT. AFTER ADVISING OF OUR ENTRY INTO THE TCA, THE CTLR STARTED ADVISING OTHER VFR TFC ON INITIAL CONTACT NOT TO ENTER TCA UNTIL FURTHER CLRNC. WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR APCH TO ADVISE TO REMAIN CLR UNTIL CLRED.
