Narrative:

Same old story. I assumed the course that I had set into the LORAN would keep us well clear of the washington TCA. However, I was off by about 3-5 mi of what our actual ground track was. Before I caught the error we had entered the TCA by about 5 mi. If I would have double-checked our ground track or just been a little more diligent I would have seen how close we were getting to dulles. Also a TCA chart would have helped, all I had was a sectional.
