Narrative:

Departing cle all items normal. During climb noticed cabin climbing with aircraft. All lights, door passenger and cargo out. Packs on and pressurization normal. Returned to cle. No special equipment required. Found rear service door seal pinched by clip from strap. Found on forward part of door, switch for door light on rear part of door.
