Pressurization on small transport was not holding. Called ZID to change flight plan. Called at least 3 times, no answer. Start descent for safety of passenger and pilot. ZID answered, renew my request for lower altitude and radar vector to muncie. Radios worked better on frequency 134.70. Landed mie.
