Narrative:

Flight from lex to stl, altitude 16000 ft. Flight attendant informed us of smoke in cabin then within 2 mins smoke in cockpit followed by electric smoke warning. Smoke did not have electric smell we determined air conditioning smoke. Called center, landed at sdf (louisville) within 10 mins did not declare emergency but had emergency equipment standing by. The people were deplaned with no problem. We did everything by the book, checklist, etc, but my company has treated us like criminals so enough to prompt me to fill out this report.
