Narrative:
I was the controller involved who climbed light transport Y to FL370 above air carrier X at FL350. The light transport Y assured me he could be level at FL370 in plenty of time. When it became obvious the light transport Y could not make it in time, I turned both aircraft. The turns did not achieve sufficient separation. I should have initiated turns earlier.

Title: LTT Y CLB THROUGH OCCUPIED ALT HAD LTSS FROM ACR X. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: I WAS THE CTLR INVOLVED WHO CLBED LTT Y TO FL370 ABOVE ACR X AT FL350. THE LTT Y ASSURED ME HE COULD BE LEVEL AT FL370 IN PLENTY OF TIME. WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS THE LTT Y COULD NOT MAKE IT IN TIME, I TURNED BOTH ACFT. THE TURNS DID NOT ACHIEVE SUFFICIENT SEPARATION. I SHOULD HAVE INITIATED TURNS EARLIER.
