Narrative:

Air carrier X inbound to phx on karlo 5 arrival FL330 descending to FL120, position was between llama and mohon intxns (see attachments). Air carrier Y phx departure on drk 6 to drk then J92 bld (J92 is the drk 290 degree radial) climbing to FL310. Air carrier Y was just over drk turning onto J92. Because of the close proximity of the karlos 5 arrival to the drk 6 departure, air carrier Y was turned 20 degrees right to avoid air carrier X. This is a common occurrence. Very close attention is required in this area because the rtes are too close together. We have been very fortunate that operrors have not occurred here yet.

ACR Y PHX DEP ON DRK 6 TO DRK THEN J92 BLD (J92 IS THE DRK 290 DEG RADIAL) CLBING TO FL310. ACR Y WAS JUST OVER DRK TURNING ONTO J92.
